2002 - Ph.D. on “Thin Silicon Films And Their Application In The Fabrication of Pressure Sensors” from the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Physics, National Technical University Athens. His PhD thesis focused on the design and fabrication of silicon single crystal pressure sensors, as well as the special micromachining process steps in particular
